Admission until 8:30 PM. If you need to arrive later, please let a host know in advance. Confirmed guests will receive event updates and reminders as we approach New Year's Eve.
Tickets &
Inclusions
Tickets are $45 per person, with an initial limit of two tickets per invitation due to venue capacity. For additional guest tickets, reach out to a host directly.
Your evening includes open bar service, appetizers and late-night food offerings, music and mingling, and our midnight champagne toast.
Before purchasing tickets, please have your unique access code ready which was provided in your text message invitation.
We are a non-profit and all ticket proceeds go directly toward creating this event. Tickets are subject to service and processing fees at checkout. Refunds are only applicable in case of event cancellation. If you have questions or have trouble with your access code, please message a host directly.
Dress Code
The evening calls for elevated casual attire, where tailored comfort meets stylish elegance. Whether you choose to embrace our starry theme with a touch of sparkle or keep it classically polished, wear what makes you feel confident and comfortable.
Venue
The historic downtown Calgary venue will become its own celestial space for the evening. Complete with all essential amenities, the 1,700 square foot space offers areas for dancing, drinks, and connecting with friends.
Complimentary coat and bag storage will be available throughout the evening.
Safety &
Transportation
We have a zero-tolerance policy for impaired driving and want everyone to enjoy the evening safely.
The venue is centrally located in downtown Calgary with easy access to transit and ride-share services. While we are happy to help call transportation during the evening, consider planning your return trip in advance.
Music
As we craft the perfect atmosphere to welcome 2025 together, we invite your musical suggestions. Our team will help arrange the final selection to ensure a perfect assortment and flow throughout the evening.
